Where it all began…

Motolink was started in 1999 as a replacement vehicle brokerage. This was our core business. After a number of years the broker clients approached us to organize and manage their company car rental requirements, either directly or via their travel agents. The then existing partnership was dissolved and in 2010 Joy Franke took ownership and management of Motolink. Joy has 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and 20 years in the car rental industry.

She has extensive experience in all aspects of Travel and Car Rental having serviced major companies car rental accounts. The company has a loyal customer base and regard their service levels as 5 star. They are available to assist clients around the clock and this personal service has contributed to the hallmark of Motolink’s success. The reservation staff is friendly and efficient and endeavor to assist our clients in a professional manner, albeit that they are on a first name basis with the majority of our customer base. The Motolink team prides itself on delivering excellent customer service with minimal turnaround time. Our rates are competitive to both the Travel and Corporate segments and all our clients are treated as VIP’s, regardless.

We are able to organize car rental anywhere in South Africa and a few neighboring countries. We also organize private transfers and chauffeur drive services anywhere within South Africa.
