- All vehicles are fully comprehensively insured with an affordable excess.
- All vehicles are hired on an unlimited millage basis.
- Rates include airport surcharge (Where applicable).
- Vehicle can be upgraded at highly competitive rates.

A monthly premium is added to each insured vehicle.
The premiums listed below are only a sample of what we can offer, a discount will be offered to brokers with more than 400 vehicles on there books where the cover is added across the board. A surcharge will apply if the cover is offered on an ad hoc basis. This will be subject to a minimum of 150 vehicles.
The cover in both the event of an accident or theft will be for a maximum of 30 days. The hire vehicle will be collected from the insured as soon as his/her car has been repaired or in the event of total loss, the claim is settled. Should the insured require the car for an extended period after the 30 days, this can be arranged at preferential rates for the insured’s own account.
We are able to negotiate special rates where the maximum period is extended to 45 days.
• R65.00 per month per private vehicle which entitles the insured up to 30 days car hire in the event of an accident, total loss, stolen or hijacked vehicle.
• R85.00 per month per Commercial LDVS vehicle which entitles the insured up to 30 days car hire in the event of an accident total loss , stolen or hijacked vehicle.
The replacement vehicle supplied by motolink will be a vehicle with Air-conditioning, Radio/Cd, Power Steering and Air Bags (Toyota Yaris, VW Polo or similar.). In the case of the insured only being licensed to drive an automatic vehicle we will supply an automatic vehicle.
In the case of an LDV an 1800 LDV (or similar) will be supplied. A canopy can be arranged for a small additional cost to the insured.
- Fuel deposit (refundable if the vehicle is returned with a full tank of fuel.)
- Contract fee (once off)
- Any traffic fines.
- Any traffic fine handling fee (if applicable).
- Accident handling fee, payable only in the event of an accident or incident.
- Delivery and collection charges if applicable. (Additional fees payable outside normal office hours.)
- Excess in the event of an accident, hi-jacking or theft of the hire vehicle.
- Baby chairs if required.
